Together, we’ll create a brave space to explore your vulnerable emotions, experiences, and relationships without judgment. My approach is relational and emotion-focused, which aims to explore and process emotions within the context of relationships.
I integrate Psychodynamics to uncover unconscious patterns and Narrative Therapy to reframe and reshape personal stories. Relationship therapy focuses on the dynamics, communication, and mutual influence between people, while individual therapy centers on personal growth, emotional processing, and self-awareness. Through this process, we’ll build meaningful connections, nurture growth, and foster healing towards love and deeper understanding.
