Amina’s Trauma-Informed Wellness Program is a science-based approach for healing burnout and chronic stress with Nutritional Therapy. As an NTP and LMHC, Amina targets the physical toll of stress by repairing nervous system regulation and digestive foundations. Receive a bio-individualized plan to neutralize emotional and chemical stress through nutritional healing. This specialized program builds the physiological resilience needed to finally move your body out of survival mode.

General Program for Burnout and Stress Management

$333 per session

12-week program includes:

~ Deep dive into client's symptoms and nutritional concerns

~ Addressing how burnout and stress symptoms impact health

~ Exloring how to regulate the ner

~ Creating a bio-individualized plan specific to the client's nutritional needs

~ Reviewing client's interactions to certain foods and intolerances 

~ Building actionable plans for clients to follow on a daily/weekly basis that includes sleep routine, movement/exercise, supplements, meal plans, and stress management. 


Lunar Cycle Track for Burnout and Stress

$222 per session

2-week track to add to the general program for syncing nutritional needs with menstrual cycle using the lunar phases. (14-week program total)

~ Learn how the four phases of the moon that impacts menstrual cycles

~ Learn nutrient-dense food, exercise, and lifestyle changes to sync with the cycle 

Chakra Healing Track for Burnout and Stress

$111 per session

2-week track to add to the general program for identifying imbalance or blocked chakras and how to address nutritional needs with chakra healing practice plans. (14-week program total)

~ Learn which 7 chakras you have imbalanced or blocked and how it impacts your physical and emotional needs

~ Learn nutrient-dense food, movement, and lifestyle changes to heal imbalanced chakras
